    Tiffany brings over 20 years’ experience in public sector audit and evaluation following an extensive and distinguished career at the NSW Audit Office. At Procure she has been involved in a diverse range of engagements in both state and local government, including large procurements, governance reviews, and advice on complex probity matters.

    Tiffany originally hails from country NSW, although escaped to the city quite a few years ago. She still has a thing for road trips in manual cars, counter meals at the pub, and eating paddle pops at the local pool. In her spare time Tiffany wrangles two kids, a spouse, and a couple of ginger felines.

    Victoria joined Procure in 2013 and has been the lead probity adviser on a highly diverse range of commercially sensitive projects.

    Coupled with her 10 years’ experience as a lawyer in 2 of Australia’s most prestigious law firms, Victoria’s expertise is highly sought after.

    Victoria is married to Stuart and spends most of her free time driving her children to multiple activities. In the rare moments where Victoria does have time to herself, she enjoys the beach, long walks, reading and catching up with friends.


    Victoria is particularly skilful in preparing clear and practical probity advice addressing complex issues.

    Since joining Procure in 2016 Kevin has worked full-time in the Procurement segment while also undertaking probity advisory engagements on some of the NSW Government’s most high profile projects. He has an intuitive understanding of best practice process and is a very efficient worker. Kevin is a natural leader and is responsible for managing Procure’s procurement team.

    Kevin’s education, qualifications and experience equip him with focussed attention to detail and outstanding analysis skills, particularly in the field of information technology.

    Kevin and his wife are proud parents to a little girl and enjoy spending weekends getting out of the house together. He enjoys drumming in his spare time and is a big fan of the NRL and movies. Fun fact – he was once part of the NSW State champion fishing team.


    Kevin consistently applies his procurement knowledge and his managerial experience to provide quality services to clients in the areas of both procurement and probity.
  • Simon Taylor

    Simon is a director of Procure Group with a focus on Probity and Investigations.

    Working on politically sensitive projects with a high degree of media interest is one of Simon’s specialities. In addition, he currently manages Procure’s probity services and investigations teams.

    Simon is also an experienced Investigator having previously worked as a Senior Investigator with the NSW ICAC and a former UK police officer.

    Simon is originally from the UK and moved here with his wife in 2002.

    He had spent most of his education and working life dealing with people who have got themselves into trouble so it makes a refreshing change working for Procure and helping to stop people getting into trouble in the first place.

    Simon enjoys travelling, live music and films, so 2020 has proved a bit of a let-down.


    Simon has an excellent capacity to quickly understand complex probity issues and provide immediate support.

    Vic joined Procure in 2008 and has since worked full-time as a probity adviser on some of our most significant engagements. He brought with him 8 years’ experience as a Principal Corruption Prevention Officer at the NSW ICAC. Prior to that he spent 8 years with the NSW Police Force, including a period as head of the Fraud Squad.

    Vic made the escape from the city a few years ago and is enjoying the peace and quiet of the Blue Mountains. He also spends time trying to communicate on-line with a very young grandson who is over in New Zealand.


    Vic’s experience as a probity adviser is exceptional. He is highly sought after by Procure’s clients because of his clarity of thought and practical advice.

    Daemoni joined Procure Group in 2019 following 5 years as a Senior Probity Adviser to all levels of Government including high value and highly sensitive projects. Her primary focus has been on NSW State Government and Local Councils with experience covering probity advice for procurement and grant processes, probity audits and probity training.

    Daemoni is a keen observer of theatre and art. Her two adult sons live in Canada which has provided a wonderful excuse for travel to explore the galleries and theatres in other parts of the world. Hard to name a favourite artist but Picasso and Van Gogh are certainly amongst them.


    Daemoni supports her clients to deliver integrity to their procurement projects with sound and responsive advice.

    Shane has been providing risk-focussed consulting services for over 30 years in both Australia and internationally.

    Shane’s experience spans both the public and private sectors as well as NGOs and United Nations agencies with particular expertise in fraud and corruption control and probity advising. He is also an experienced fraud investigator, including having worked as a Fraud Squad Detective with the NSW Police.

    Shane is originally a northern suburbs Sydney boy who fulfilled his ambition to live and work overseas and see the world. He is the original ‘family guy’ with a weakness for ‘dad jokes’ and 80’s music. He plays ukulele (badly) and speaks even worse French. C’est la vie!

  • Aziz Dindar

    Aziz has worked in both private and public sectors for over 29 years in both Australia and internationally, where he has delivered probity and procurement services including policy development (finance, assets and goods and services), governance and risk management and procurement function management.

    He has operated at senior management and board level for much of his career, and his work spans a broad range of organisations from large and small government agencies to multi-national corporates, across a wide range of industries.

    Aziz has held senior roles at Deloitte Australia, and the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC), including Chairman of the ABC’s Contracts Review Committee,  and Head of Group Audit and with direct responsibility for the ABC’s Procurement and also Risk Management and Governance functions. He also has significant experience in running, managing and overseeing tenders and related probity considerations for various ABC procurements.

    Aziz was brought up in and lived under “apartheid” in South Africa, so loves the diversity Australia offers and the opportunity that hard work brings. He is a practising Muslim, volunteers actively in the community and loves spending time with his family.

    Gordon joined Procure in 2018 as a probity adviser having previously undertaken this role for a big 4 firm.  He has over 20 years of direct public sector experience including working for the Department of Premier and Cabinet and the NSW Audit Office in performance review/audit roles. His experience spans most NSW Government sectors including infrastructure, transport, family and community services, health, justice, education and transport.

    Gordon was born on a warm and friendly Mediterranean island known as Malta. Raised in Sydney’s Western Suburbs, he ended up on the Northern Beaches, took up surfing and still ranks himself as “just a beginner” decades on. Still, surfing gets him out into nature as does his trusty 1969 Kombi Camper which has seen many epic family camping adventures. He loves cross country skiing, satisfying a key mandatory marriage criterion set by his Norwegian spouse.


    Gordon effectively engages with a wide range of clients. He brings a depth of public and private sector experience which enables him to provide considered and practical probity advice.

    Shaun is a highly experienced procurement professional, with over 16 years in senior procurement positions, procurement framework development, training, and strategic sourcing. He has been recognised as a supplier diversity specialist through multiple Supply Nation industry awards.

    When not on the job Shaun enjoys spending time with his young son, who certainly keeps him on his feet. In his spare time, Shaun likes to cycle, watch NRL and indulge in some of his favourite pastimes such as cooking and traveling to the alps for some snowboarding or taking weekend trips up and down the coast.

    A Sydney Northern Beaches boy growing up, now residing at Bowral in the Southern Highlands, Stephen’s alternate Resume highlights his long term involvement with Motorsport, running his own amateur Formula Vee racing team, and a secret life as an Elvis super fan!


    Stephen is the architect of the fraud control framework in operation across the NSW public sector.

    Vicki has significant experience in providing probity advisory services on a range of high profile engagements. She is familiar with a range of procurement approaches including D&C, collaborative services agreements, outsourcing arrangements, direct negotiations, market engagement activities and traditional procurement. She has acted as probity adviser on a number of the most significant procurements in the NSW Government transport sector.

    Vicki is a born and bred Sydneysider. However, her two sons now live in the Northern Rivers, so she is getting to know the towns dotted along the Pacific and New England Highways. In her spare time Vicki likes to walk for exercise, read – mostly non-fiction topical issues and catching up with friends for a coffee and a chat.


    Vicki has an excellent understanding of NSW Government expectations with respect to probity. Her clients report that it is a pleasure to have her on their team.

    Gerald has over 15 years’ experience in senior management roles in procurement and he is an expert in managing complex and innovative procurement projects. He is highly skilled in the development, implementation and interpretation of procurement policy.

    Gerald is also an experienced probity adviser having personally managed some of Procure’s most high-profile probity engagements.

    While having lived in Sydney for over 20 years Gerald was raised in Melbourne and still follows Richmond in the AFL (you can’t really leave Melbourne).  Gerald is a keen sailor and cyclist and relaxes by reading, cooking, collecting wine and being somewhat obsessive about American politics.


    Gerald thoroughly understands the Government procurement environment and can provide practical advice on process, compliance and probity issues.

    Rod joined Procure Group in 2021 having previously held the role of Chief Procurement Officer for NSW Rural Fire Services for 4 years. Before this Rod had a significant tenure as Manager of Procurement, Policy, and Reporting for NSW Ministry of Health.

    Rod’s background includes extensive experience across all procurement functions and he is particularly skilled in the areas of government procurement, relationship & stakeholder management, strategic planning and reporting, negotiations, policy development, probity and ethics.

    Rod brings a wealth of experience and skills in procurement and probity at high levels in NSW Government to his role with Procure.

    Rod is a keen golfer and has matched that with his love of good wine by leaving city life behind and relocating to The Vintage in the Hunter Valley. When not golfing, Rod enjoys travelling and is looking forward to making up for all those missed trips due to COVID lockdowns. He and his partner Beverley have six grandchildren between them who, of course, can do no wrong.


    With over 30 years experience in the public sector Rod has contributed extensively to the improvement of procurement functions across several NSW Government agencies.

    He has led a broad range of business groups including governance, sourcing and category teams to achieve probity rich strategic procurement outcomes and deliver reform within the government procurement sector.

    Anthony grew up in Sydney but calls regional NSW his home which he shares with his family. He likes the outdoors, enjoying the beaches, fishing and taking country trips, especially when good food and wine are on the plan.

    Mark has over 40 years of exceptional and diverse experience in policing, fraud and corruption investigation, criminal intelligence, protective security, academia and risk management.  He has completed several degrees, including a Doctorate in anti-corruption.

    He is a former police officer (NSW Detective Sergeant) with 14 years experience in criminal investigation and intelligence.

    Mark’s strengths include a commitment to ethical practice and its promotion; the ability to integrate unit or division plans into wider organisational strategic planning; embracing risk assessment as a forensic concept driving policy and practice; incorporating data analysis (intelligence) into business processes; nurturing stakeholder engagement through negotiations and building trust relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and an appreciation for (and valuing) of the contribution of team with a focus on human capital development.

    Damian joined Procure Group in 2021 bringing over 20 years of public sector experience in the areas of probity and procurement, having held a number of Director positions as well as industry chair & committee roles.

    He possesses substantial commercial experience covering corporate governance, project financial management, risk management, procurement, dispute resolution, contract management, legal and corporate administration. Damian was also responsible for Transport for NSW achieving the NSW Government Construction Agency Accreditation at the highest level.

    Damian is a keen car enthusiast and enjoys travelling to all points of the globe with his partner Alison and, closer to home, bush walking around Sydney’s lower North Shore.

    Sharon is highly experienced, both as a procurement professional in director level roles for NSW Government agencies and as a probity adviser.

    Sharon has a demonstrated history of advising across all aspects of procurement. This includes managing large and complex procurement processes.  She is also experienced in delivering strategic sourcing, commissioning, business development, governance and continuous improvement projects. Her experience also includes drafting procurement policy and process guidelines and the review and redesign of procurement operations.

    As an avid sportswoman who reached National representation, today Sharon is more comfortable on the sidelines as a State cycling Commissaire. She enjoys cooking and glamping off-grid – ideally close to a river or beach. She also knows what it’s like to grow up in snow and 40 kms from the nearest shop as the daughter of a farmer.


    Sharon’s extensive career in procurement and probity ensures she is well positioned to provide contemporary advice in line with current policies and processes.

    Ron joined Procure Group in 2014 following over 33 years working at one of Australia’s pre-eminent law firms – 25 of which were as a Partner.  Since then, Ron has completed a range of high-profile probity advisory engagements for both procurement and disposal processes. He has also drafted complex probity advices regarding direct negotiations and conflict of interest matters.

    Ron can usually be found somewhere in the great outdoors. He is a passionate skier, once doing more than 7 weeks in 1 year across 3 different continents. He has ticked the Kokoda track off his bucket list.  He has also recently survived 2 HSCs and is enjoying these more peaceful times.


    Ron possesses astute commercial judgment and has many years of experience dealing with complex and commercially sensitive matters.

    Rhonda joined Procure in 2016 as an Investigator and has since proven to be a skilled probity adviser. She brings over 30 years of senior management experience in both public and non-for-profit sectors.

    For 12 years she was a senior consultant with IAB (the Internal Audit Bureau). She was engaged in approximately 200 investigations of staff conduct.

    Rhonda has worked overseas and interstate but is happily settled back in her home city of Sydney.  In her spare time she likes using the other side of her brain by being actively involved in music, art and stories. A reluctant exerciser, she is forced by her dog and partner to walk most days.


    Rhonda is familiar with public sector procurement procedures from both sides which provides a valuable perspective.

    Diyon joins Procure Group in 2022 having previously worked at Western Sydney University. There he was exposed to various projects including sourcing, business improvement and procurement transformation.

    Diyon has strong stakeholder management and utilises a data driven approach to procurement to identify opportunities to add value.

    Diyon is passionate about physical activity, with his spare time split up between gym and playing Oztag. He completed his first solo trip to Thailand last year and looks forward to continuing his travels.
